Replacement items are dispatched within three working days of receiving and approving any return.
Returns
If you decide to return your purchase within 14 days of delivery, you are entitled to a refund of the original purchase price.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
To qualify for a refund, items must be returned:

We reserve the right to decline refunds where items are returned in unsuitable condition.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. We will prioritise resolving the matter swiftly and appropriately.
The Return Process

Include your name, address, order number, and item details within the parcel.

Ship using a tracked and insured service.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Golden Balls cannot accept responsibility for returns lost in transit.
Refund Processing
Once your return is received and inspected, we will confirm your refund status within three working days.
Approved refunds will be processed within a further three working days via your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to complete the transaction.
